Nevertheless, customers can receive a full refund as long as the cancellation is not less than 48 hours from the scheduled tour date, as we cannot resell the ticket or tickets at the last minute. Customers are entitled to a full refund anytime before the 48-hour period leading up to their scheduled tour date.

Promotional rates are based solely on limited time offers and the number of passengers booked. If the purchaser decides to make changes to the number of passengers afterward, then the rates may revert to the standard rate, or to whichever promotional rate is being offered at that time. Additionally, if a reservation is made before the launch of a promotional offer, the buyer will not qualify for any discount on the price difference afterward, unless otherwise stated or approved by an Electric Bike Tours Of Las Vegas Strip LLCs booking representative.

This policy exists because we are unable to resell that same seat on the day of the tour.
